
A plane en route to Malaga was forced to make an emergency landing after a problem was discovered with the operational systems shortly after take-off.

Drama struck just minutes into the plane’s take off after the pilot realised there was a fault, thought to be a problem with the hydraulics.
The Jet2.com Boeing 757 aircraft was given clearance to immediately return to Manchester Airport after the pilot had radioed in to alert ground staff to the problem.
After circling for a short period of time to dump fuel, the plane landed safely just after 9am and was greeted on the ground by a series of fire trucks.
The plane then underwent thorough checks and the passengers got underway five hours later reaching their Spanish destination in the early evening.
This is not the first incident for the airline who has seen its aircrafts make multiple emergency landings since the airline’s inception in 2003.
