A Bury policeman has denied the charges laid against him after a crash in Greater Manchester resulted in the death of his passenger.
On 5 December 2011 Brendan Buggie was involved in a collision on Manchester Road, Ramsbottom, he was later charged with causing a crash which led to the fatality of his passenger.
After the collision his front-seat passenger, Justyna Stanczak was quickly removed from the vehicle but died later in hospital.
A trial will now be held for Mr Buggie at Bradford Crown Court on 19 November.
In many cases a motor vehicle accident can be an incredibly traumatising experience for anyone involved, especially as a large impact in this environment can usually lead to quite serious injuries which might often result in an extended stay in hospital. If you find that you have sustained serious injuries then you may be left with a rather hefty medical bill and quite a long period of rehabilitation - if these injuries were through no fault of your own then you may consider a compensation claim to recoup any financial damages that you have sustained.
If you have been the victim of a motor vehicle accident then the last thing that will often be on your mind is making a compensation claim – and that’s where the team at Legal Request can help you.
