
A Bury policeman has denied the charges laid against him after a crash in Greater Manchester resulted in the death of his passenger.
On 5 December 2011 Brendan Buggie was involved in a collision on Manchester Road, Ramsbottom, he was later charged with causing a crash which led to the fatality of his passenger.

After the collision his front-seat passenger, Justyna Stanczak was quickly removed from the vehicle but died later in hospital.
A trial will now be held for Mr Buggie at Bradford Crown Court on 19 November.
